CentennialPark YEAR ONE’S ART PIZZA EXPERIENCE Year One boys, under the guidance of Mrs Ronnie Pratt and Miss Gaby Franks made the most fantastic fabric pizza as one of the culminating activities of our ‘Raw to Door’ unit of inquiry. The boys loved the drawing and painting but the highlight of the session was when they got to use the sewing machine with Mrs Pratt. Year One would like to say a special thank you to both Mrs Pratt and Miss Franks for this wonderful creative experience. | Kerrie Sigston On Friday 1st June, Year Two went to Centennial Park to make and fly kites as part of our unit of inquiry “A World Without Air”. We enjoyed a nature walk around the Park, looking at all the different types of wildlife. After our walk we designed and made our own kites which reflected something we had seen during our nature walk. We then had the opportunity to fly our fabulous kites. We had so much fun! | Year Two Teachers AdamGill1T 26 TRINITY NEWS BrandonWongwithhiskite air expo At the end of the unit “A World Without Air” Year Two held an Air Expo for the parents, which consolidated their understanding of the unit and allowed them to demonstrate what they had learnt.
